It took me a year, but I wrote a short trivia book about the amazing Biltmore House in Asheville, North Carolina, the fabulous mansion and largest private residence in America! of George Washington Vanderbilt. Today, you can tour the incredible house (250 rooms!) and grounds and never see it all and want to come back soon, REAL SOON! Once I signed my Mystery of Biltmore House at the estate and enjoyed seeing
men of all ages exit the house with their mouths wide open at what they had seen! This made me really want to include some incredible construction and related trivia in the book. I have never met anyone who ever visited Biltmore House and Gardens (and Winery!) who did not absolutely love it! It's one of those serendipitous places where you just

never know what you will be surprised by. Once, Bob and I watched an entire wedding on the grounds because the men and women all wore white, the women with bright sashes and the men with matching ties...It was like a musical! Once, we entered the grounds at dusk to be greeted by
millions of fireflies taking flight from the autumn corn crop—it was breathtaking! I like trivia because it's something the entire family can share around the dinner table on a cold winter's night. The "did you know?!" and "listen to this!" involve everyone and is educational and great fun. I like TRIVIA about things I don't even like! Try it!
